Please contact us prior to returning the item for a Return Authorization (RA) to ensure the proper credit will be issued. We will then send you a return label. We will take care of all return shipping. We do ask that you keep the bed at least 10 days, and make every effort to give your dog a chance to get used to it. Please note personalized beds cannot be returned or exchanged.

What is the material in this bed?
The Elation uses High-Tech performance fabric which stays clean and doesn’t smell over time that’s also water-resistant. It also is filled with high-quality AdaptaLoft cloud fluff to ensure that your dog is always comfortable and supported. We also sew everything together with Kevlar thread, the same material used in bulletproof vests, which ensures maximum seam strength
What size dog bed should I get?
