You may return for a full refund within 100 days of receiving the item. The bed must be in like new condition with no stains or damage. Please contact us prior to returning the item for a Return Authorization (RA) to ensure the proper credit will be issued. Most dogs love our beds the first day, but some dogs can take a couple weeks to get acclimated.
We do require that you keep the bed at least 30 days, and make a good faith effort to give your dog a chance to get used to it. Please note personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged. We donate returned beds and they must be clean and sanitary in order to do so. If a returned bed comes back that needs to be cleaned we will institute a $50 cleaning fee deducted from your refund.

If your dog damages the bed within the first thirty days, we will provide a one-time replacement. Please note there is a $20 shipping and handling fee to cover the cost of shipping the replacement bed. Please note, the Titan Tough Guarantee is only valid in the Continental United States.
