    How to pay

    We accept all major credit cards. You may also pay via Paypal account. We use paypal to process all our credit cards and you do not need to have or create a paypal account to pay with a card. If you have any questions or issues with payment or if you would like to place an order over the phone, please call our customer service number located at the top of this page.

    Shipping

    We do our best to keep shipping charges as reasonable as possible. Shipping rates for large items continue to increase every year. We charge only shipping fees from UPS and we do not charge a handling fee. Any Free Shipping offer is for Continental US customers only.

    Shipping Time

    At BuddyRest we make every effort to ship all orders the same day as you order. Due to volume, our average handling time is within 4 to 6 business days. We ship UPS Ground, which usually takes 2-6 business days to arrive. If due to high demand your order would be out of stock, or delayed, you would be contacted promptly. We email you your UPS tracking number as it ships. You may track your shipment on UPS.com.

    Tax

    Kansas State sales tax of 7.15% will be added for any orders with a Kansas delivery address.

    100 Days / 100% Money Back Guarantee

    You may return for a refund within 100 days of receiving. Please contact us prior to returning the item for a Return Authorization (RA) to ensure the proper credit will be issued. We will send you a return label, so there is no cost to you to return it. Please send returns to address below after contacting us for an RA. Bed must be in like new condition with no stains or damage. Note that personalized beds can not be returned.

    Titan Tough Guarantee

    Our Titan products come with a 30 day Titan tough to guarantee. This protects your investment in case the cover gets damaged. If your dog damages the cover within the first thirty days, we replace the bed cover one time. This guarantee only protects the cover as we do not replace the foam or interior cushion. We will, however, replace the foam or interior cushion at a reduced cost as a courtesy when needed. Please note the nothing is indestructible and the root cause of most chewing is separation anxiety. This needs to be addressed in conjunction with a Tough Titan bed in order to reduce destructive behavior.
