How do you ship?

All packages are shipped via UPS Ground. Once you've placed your order and it's been shipped, we promptly email your UPS tracking information so you can track your shipment. We may offer expedited shipped if requested, with an expedited shipping special handling fee. Some of our items ship in two boxes with minimal assembly required.

We do our best to keep shipping charges as reasonable as possible. Our website offers shipping to most parts of the world.

What are your payment options?

We accept all major credit cards, and use PayPal to process your card in a safe and secure way. You may also pay using PayPal. You do not have to sign up for a PayPal account to make a purchase. Simply select the "I do not have a PayPal account" option and enter your credit card details. If you have any questions or issues with payment, you have the option to place an order over the phone. When can I expect my bed?

At BuddyRest we make every effort to ship all orders on the same day they are placed. However, our average handling time is within 4-7 business days. We ship via UPS Ground, which takes 2-6 business days to arrive. On very rare occasions, shipping may take longer than our estimated handling time due to high order volume.

Occasionally, a particular item may be out of stock. We always email a UPS tracking number so you can track your shipment on UPS.com. If you selected the embroidery option, please allow up to an extra 5 days for shipping.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 100 Days / 100% Money Back Guarantee.

You may return a BuddyRest product for a full refund within 100 days of receiving the item. Beds must be in "as new" condition with no stains or damage. Please note that cosmetic damage such as scratches or abrasions can result in your full order amount not being refunded. Please contact us prior to returning the item for a Return Authorization (RA). This will ensure the proper credit will be issued to your account. We will then send you a return label, and take care of all return shipping costs.

We do ask that you keep the bed for at least 10 days, and make every effort to give your dog a chance to adapt to it. Please note that personalized beds cannot be returned or exchanged.

Every BuddyRest product is manufactured to the highest standards possible, using the best processes and materials available. We stand behind all our products, and guarantee them against defects in materials or workmanship for 10 years. Damage caused by an animal is not covered under warranty.
