What happens if my dog chews it up?
Each BuddyRest dog bed is hand-crafted with our BuddyRest Titan™ Thread. This thread provides 5x stronger seam strength than any other dog bed out there. Our titan products come with a 30 day Titan Tough Guarantee. This protects your investment in case the cover gets damaged. If your dog damages the cover within the first thirty days, we replace the bed cover one time. However, our Titan dog beds utilize our Titan™ Thread and our Titan™ Ballistic Nylon fabric, and are as tough as a dog bed can be. Please note we do require a $20 fee to be paid for covering the shipping of the replacement.
What makes a dog bed "orthopedic"?
Many beds claim to be orthopedic, but most of them are not. We use only the highest quality, genuine viscoelastic memory foam to make BuddyRest dog beds. With standard memory foam, the weight of the animal's body causes them to sink too far into the bed, causing pressure points and overheating. Our truly orthopedic beds are at the cutting edge of technology. They provide excellent support for the whole body, straight spinal alignment, and soothing pressure relief. Most pet beds on the market today are manufactured from inferior, low-cost materials such as fiberfill, scrap foam, and egg crate corrugated foam. These beds offer very little support and break down rapidly. They are not orthopedic and do not relieve pressure points or pain for your best buddy.

Which BuddyRest bed is the best size and style for my dog?
When choosing a suitable dog bed, ensure your dog has plenty of space to fully stretch across the bed. It can be helpful to compare your dog’s existing bed size to get a good fitting. We recommend using a tape measure to visually confirm the area your dog currently uses in a comfortable sleeping position. Please keep in mind the fact that bolster beds have less internal space. For this reason, we suggest buying one size up. Currently, we offer several different sizes of beds to accommodate the vast majority of dogs. Special sizes are usually available for an additional cost.
How do I know my dog will like his new bed?
Our beds are designed to offer a comfortable, supportive place that a dog can call their own. Customers have told us that most dogs love their new BuddyRest dog bed the moment it arrives.
A common misconception is that dogs prefer the softest bed possible. This is simply not true. Super-soft beds cause dogs to sink too far into the bed, misaligning the spine. You may have had the experience yourself of waking up with aches and pains after sleeping in a bed that's too soft! Our beds are medium-firm to provide the best support possible.
If you have a senior pet, it's very important that they can get in and out of the bed without struggling. It may sometimes take a few days for them to understand that the new bed is part of your home. They may also need to become acclimated to the way it feels. Please reserve judgement for up to a few weeks while they adapt to their new bed.

What if my dog can't adjust to his new bed?
Given a proper period of adjustment we've found this to be very rare. But in the worst-case scenario you have nothing to worry about - we have the best return policy out there. You can return your bed for a full refund within 100 days of receiving your bed. We'll even pay to ship it back!
How do I wash the bed cover?
Our Smart Suede™ and Titan™ Ballisic Nylon fabrics are designed to effectively repel stains, bacteria and odors. Minimal cleaning is required with everyday use, but soiled areas can be spot cleaned with warm water. If the cover needs washing it can be easily removed and thrown in the washing machine. Simply remove the cover, wash on cold/cold gentle, then hang dry or dry on a low heat.

That being said, dogs can destroy anything and nothing is 100% chew proof. We recommend you follow our instructions closely and specifically recommend our Titan beds.

All packages are shipped via UPS Ground. Once you've placed your order and it's been shipped, we promptly email your UPS tracking information so you can track your shipment. We may offer expedited shipped if requested, with an expedited shipping special handling fee. Some of our items ship in two boxes with minimal assembly required.

At BuddyRest we make every effort to ship all orders on the same day they are placed. However, our average handling time is within 4-7 business days. We ship via UPS Ground, which takes 2-6 business days to arrive. On very rare occasions, shipping may take longer than our estimated handling time due to high order volume.
Occasionally, a particular item may be out of stock. We always email a UPS tracking number so you can track your shipment on UPS.com. If you selected the embroidery option, please allow up to an extra 5 days for shipping.

You may return a BuddyRest product for a full refund within 100 days of receiving the item. Beds must be in "as new" condition with no stains or damage. Please note that cosmetic damage such as scratches or abrasions can result in your full order amount not being refunded. Please contact us prior to returning the item for a Return Authorization (RA). This will ensure the proper credit will be issued to your account. We will then send you a return label, and take care of all return shipping costs.
